Security Guard (Unarmed) - FederaL Highway Facility,  McLean, Virginia

FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES

FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGER

On a recurring basis Raven recruits qualified individuals to serve as Facilities Project Managers for our current contracts and contracts on which we bid.  The contracts can be located throughout the continental United States.

We are interested in identifying individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Administration and/or a substantial amount of experience as a licensed crafts person
  • At least 10 years of experience managing and supervising building operation, maintenance and repair activities in large (250,000 to 1,000,000 sq. ft.) facilities
  • Experience working in a federal government contracting environment
  • Significant experience in being accountable for operating a contract as a separate cost center
  • Experience in operation, maintenance and repair activities with large utility plant systems and equipment to include HVAC, UPS, electrical distribution and EMCS
  • Experience in operating and utilizing CMMS and Microsoft Office products (i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Experience in developing, implementing and overseeing Quality Assurance and Quality Control Programs
  • A strong working knowledge of pertinent OSHA and EPA requirements applicable to a facilities O&M environment
  • Effective client and employee communication skills
  • Skilled in labor relations with a unionized workforce is a plus

We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • A substantial amount of experience as a licensed crafts person
  • At least 10 years experience supervising building operation, maintenance and repair activities in large (100,000 to 750,000 sq. ft.) facilities
  • Experience working in a federal government contracting environment
  • Experience in operating a contract as a separate cost center
  • Experience in operation, maintenance and repair activities with large utility plant systems and equipment to include HVAC, UPS, electrical distribution and EMCS
  • Experience in operating and utilizing CMMS
  • Experience in enforcing Quality Assurance/Control Programs
  • A working knowledge of pertinent OSHA and EPA requirements applicable to a facilities O&M environment
  • Effective client and employee communication skills
  • Experience supervising a unionized workforce is a plus
